Where are you based? Do you ship internationally?

EW Hotel Collection is based in Canada. International shipping may be available upon request—please contact us to discuss specifics.

What is your typical lead time?

Lead times vary based on order size, customization requirements, and shipping destination. Standard stocked items typically ship within 5–10 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require 4–6 weeks or longer. We'll always provide a delivery timeline estimate during the quoting process.

Can you ship in phases based on construction or opening schedules?

Yes. For new property openings or renovations, we offer phased delivery options aligned with your project timeline. We can also ship room-by-room packages for easier onsite distribution.

Do you offer rush or emergency fulfillment?

 In-stock items may be available for expedited shipping. Please let us know if you’re dealing with a time-sensitive situation—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer custom embroidery or private label products?

Yes. We offer logo embroidery, custom sizing, branded tags, and other private-label solutions.

Is there a minimum quantity for custom items?

Can I create a unique linen package for my property?

Absolutely. We work with boutique hotels and design-forward properties to create custom product bundles that reflect your brand and interior style.

Product Care & Maintenance

How should I care for the linens and towels?

We provide detailed [Product Care Guides] for all our textile categories. Proper care helps extend product lifespan and preserve guest-facing quality. Care tags are also included on all items.

Can I get printed care instructions for staff training?

Yes. We offer printable PDFs and laminated care sheets for use in laundry rooms or housekeeping areas. Ask us for a care pack with your first order.

Support & After-Sales

What happens if something arrives damaged or incomplete?

We take product quality and fulfillment accuracy seriously. If you receive incorrect or damaged items, notify us within 5 business days. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or credit as appropriate.

Do you offer ongoing replenishment programs?
